Annex 1 – Service Policy and Rules

This Annex is an integral part of the Terms of Service between the Customer and IZIBIZI, Inc. (operating under the ZOVO brand). It outlines the rules for using the ZOVO platform, participation expectations, and behavior standards.
1. Access and Account Use
- Access to services is granted upon full payment.
- The Customer must not share login credentials with third parties.
- Each account is for individual use only.
- ZOVO reserves the right to suspend access in case of suspicious or abusive activity.
2. Content Use and Intellectual Property
- All course content, including video, audio, written, and interactive material, is the intellectual property of IZIBIZI, Inc. and/or its partners.
- Users are not permitted to download, record, reproduce, resell, or distribute any ZOVO content without prior written consent.
- Any violation may result in suspension, account termination, and/or legal action.
3. Acceptable Behavior
- Users must treat others in the community with respect, including in group sessions, comment areas, or any interaction involving ZOVO representatives.
- Harassment, discrimination, hate speech, spam, or disruptive conduct is strictly prohibited.
- ZOVO reserves the right to remove any user who violates these principles.
4. User Responsibility
- The Customer is responsible for maintaining accurate personal and payment information.
- The Customer must comply with applicable laws and this Service Policy.
- The Customer must report any suspected account breaches or unauthorized use immediately to support@zovo.me.
5. Refund and Cancellation Rules
- The standard refund period for courses is 14 days from purchase.
- Challenge-based programs or short-term promotions may have shorter refund windows (e.g., 7 days), as clearly stated during enrollment.
- Subscriptions are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
- Cancellation of a subscription stops future billing but does not issue refunds for prior periods.
6. Suspension and Termination
- ZOVO may suspend or terminate access to the service if the user violates any part of the Terms of Service or this Annex.
- Suspended users are not entitled to refunds.
- Terminated accounts may lose access to all stored content, progress, and bonuses.
7. Support and Communication
- Official support is available via support@zovo.me.
- ZOVO will use the email address provided at registration for all key communications, including reminders, policy updates, and service-related alerts.
- It is the Customer’s responsibility to monitor their inbox and keep contact details updated.
