How long do I have access to the course materials?
Access to the course is granted based on the plan you selected during payment. Materials remain available as long as your subscription or course access period remains active.
When can I start studying the course?
Courses consist of pre-recorded video lessons. After completing registration and payment, you will receive an email with your personal account login details. You can begin studying immediately or whenever it fits your schedule.
How do I pay for the course?
We accept all major international bank cards: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa Electron, and American Express.
If I don't like the course, can I get my money back?
Yes. You can view our Refund Policy. If the course doesn’t meet your expectations within the first 14 days (or 7 days for challenge-style games), we’ll provide a full refund to your original payment method. No explanation required. Email us at support@zovo.me.
How do I access the course after registration and payment?
You’ll receive an email with a login link and password. Simply follow the link to your personal account to begin.
Can I pay from Europe, the U.S., or other countries?
Yes! Our payment system accepts cards from banks worldwide.
Can I purchase a course as a gift?
Absolutely. During registration, enter the recipient’s email address. They’ll receive an email with access details to begin learning.
A charge was made after my trial expired—can I get a refund?
Refunds are only offered for courses within the stated refund period.

How can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime by going to "Settings and Subscription" in your personal account and clicking "Cancel Subscription." You can also contact us via support@zovo.me if you need help.
